About our Guest:


Rose-May LUCOTTE is the co-founder of the ChangeNOW Summit, the
largest positive impact conference in the world.


Graduated from the French Business School EM Lyon, Rose-May began
her career in health marketing. After 8 years, she left her
position in a multinational company to embark on an
entrepreneurial adventure, and organized the first ChangeNOW
summit in September 2017. Her mission: to put social and
environmental innovation at the forefront, to accelerate
solutions and to respond to the major emergencies of our century.


For its third edition in January 2020, the ChangeNOW Summit
gathered 1,000 innovations for the planet and 28,000
participants, coming from all around the world, in the emblematic
venue of Grand Palais, in Paris.


Rose-may Lucotte is also the co-founder of the Startup Career
Day, a job fair dedicated to recruitment in startups, and the
mother of two.
