Tahlia Gray is the Founder of Sheer Chemistry, an empowering
hosiery brand specialising in tights for women of all shades of
brown. Born in Australia of Jamaican heritage, she is passionate
about challenging traditional beauty standards and helping women
reach their potential.


Cited by the Financial Times as an entrepreneur who is addressing
the woefully under-representative hosiery market and by Grazia as
leading the charge for more inclusive fashion, Tahlia is
galvanised by the acute need to create a more diverse perception
of beauty. She has built Sheer Chemistry from the ground up to
encourage women to feel confident and gorgeous in their own skin.


Tahlia's passion for empowering women can be traced back to her
early career working as a Talent Development & Recruitment
Specialist at companies such as Linklaters, Morgan Stanley and
UBS AG. In her previous roles she spent significant time
developing high performance and diversity programmes that helped
employees from the graduate level all the way up to Managing
Directors achieve their potential.


As a Talent Development Specialist turned Fashion Entrepreneur,
Tahlia has developed a distinctive point of view on brand
strategy and capturing the story behind her products and the
women who wear them.
