approach to self defence.


She has developed a powerful, transformative concept for women's
empowerment and healing far beyond effective and intuitive
physical self defence tools.


Her personal story involved physical and emotional trauma as a
child and teenager, an early adulthood in extremes and eventually
the transformation of her story into her purpose of supporting
and empowering others.


Mia's free spirit led her to living in three different parts of
the world, from which she takes a broader look at all she creates
to suit individual needs.


A holistic look at self defence forms now the essentials of her
work and has already changed the life of many women,
understanding that real self-care is wholesome.
