RTM 228 - Cartoon All-Stars To The Rescue (1990)

We go back to the era of The War on Drugs. Where every Saturday
morning cartoon aired an anti-drug PSA. At the high point of this
came Cartoon All-Stars To The Rescue. We go ack to see if this
crossover was truly able to get kids to "Just Say No" to drugs.
