It's been over a year since the Taliban took over Afghanistan,
and around 74,000 to 76,000 Afghans fled the country and
resettled in the United States. 10,000 of them have settled in
Austin, Texas and are trying to resettle their families into a
new life. Foreign Policy reporter Cristina Maza traveled to
Austin to report on how they've transitioned into their
surroundings and she talks with Managing Editor Mackenzie Weinger
on why they left Afghanistan and what challenges they face in
America.
