On 29 December, following the conflict between Israel and Hamas,
South Africa appealed to the International Court of Justice under
the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime
of Genocide. Last month, the International Court of Justice ordered
a series of provisional measures against Israel. In this episode,
