#SHB149 - Brightburn

The cinema horror grind continues as this week we get to see a
film that came out overseas last month and has finally got a UK
theatrical release. After an exciting trailer and cool premise;
we were very excited to check out Brightburn. Obviously being
huge horror fans but also big superhero film fans we hoped this
would be right up our alley. We give our verdict on the film and
whether it succeeds or is another Sony Pictures disappointment.
Elsewhere this week; Arrow Video announces an upcoming release
that actually makes our dreams come true. Seriously guys; we love
you. Pinhead may be getting his own show alongside a big return
to cinemas but we’re still fairly sceptical about both. And
ending the show this week; Mike continues his odyssey through the
Phantasm franchise for the first time and Matt still isn’t sure
if it’s real or not.
