#SHB151 - Annabelle Comes Home

After the fun summer delights last week of Midsommar; we are back
to discuss something slightly more familiar for the show. The
seventh entry in the ongoing The Conjuring saga is here and that
means we have to talk about spooky dolls and things that go bump
in the night for what feels like the millionth time. But who
knows; with the Warrens making an appearance maybe the third
Annabelle film can surprise us and bring more to the table than
the previous entries have done. Elsewhere on the show this week;
we have loads of news to get through such as the crazy casting
news of the next Saw film. Evil Dead may be getting a return
sooner than you’d expect. 3 From Hell gets another trailer that
seems determined to spoil everything before the film arrives. And
ending the show this week with something slightly different we
discuss the recent decision by Netflix to edit scenes from Season
1 of 13 Reasons Why and what this means for censorship, artists
who change their art and the best ways to respond to criticism;
rightly or wrongly.
