On demand services this week give us a film that was actually a
theatrical release in 2020 that we did want to see. The trailer
for Promising Young Woman featured ahead of a few theatrical
horrors and looked really ‘promising’. But did the film deliver?
Is it even a horror film? All this and more shall be answered.
Elsewhere this week, Resident Evil’s big return to the cinema
gets a date. Old doesn’t leave the best first impression. And
ending the show we continue to be blown away by this streak
Disney + is currently on.
