#SHB274 - Demonic

With just one big cinema horror release left for the year and a
few weeks to fill before then; we go back to a film that has been
on our backlog for many months. Demonic sees the return of Neil
Blomkamp in a much smaller project than we’re used to with this
director with a concept that blends sci-fi and horror in a very
Black Mirror-esque way. We give our verdict on one of the last
films before we send off this year in style. Elsewhere this week;
Last Night in Soho is coming to digital services earlier than
expected which prompts us to look back on the year for cinema
horror and see what’s been the biggest successes and failures at
the box office in 2021. Ending the week Mike gives his thoughts
on the return of Dexter and we chat all about that crazy last
episode of Chucky.
