#SHB316 - The Invitation

Spooky season is nearly upon us where a whole host of famous
horror icons are about to return to the big and small screens
hopefully with great new entries. But before all that we’ve got a
film which snuck out while we were having a blast at FrightFest
to catch up on. The Invitation is the latest new take on a tale
as old as time; posh British families and the weird stuff they
get up to. The premise had us hooked but does it deliver? Let’s
find out. Also this week; we finally got our first look at
Hellraiser which is out extremely soon and our first impression
is a very good one. Ending the show Mike has finished Season 1 of
The Leftovers and it’s as depressing and fantastic as Matt said
it was and we discuss why American Horror Stories just isn’t what
we wanted it to be.
