Super Mario Kart (Super Nintendo) Retrospective

This week on the podcast it's Super Maro Kart: the game that NOT
ONLY started a brand new genre, but busted open the trend of
placing traditional gaming mascots TOGETHER in a non-platformer!


It's a massive game to focus on, but we wanted to show it some
love due to the fact that it was an ominous no-show on IGN's
recent list of their Top 100 Games of All Time. Plus, with the
recent rumours around Mario Kart 9 / Nintendo Kart, the timing
couldn't be better!


But before we start hucking bananas at each other, we take some
time to discuss Andrew's playthrough of Horizon: Zero Dawn,
Mikey's terrifying hunt of the haunted in Phasmophobia, and our
favourite Kart games of all time!


Plus: we understand why small Victorian children are so popular
as ghostly representations... but what about LARGE Victorian
children?
