Episode #61 - The Early Years - Part 3 - Enter John Crerar / VenAustin Tour

For part 3 of the Early Years, we resume the narrative in early
2012.  Pat Bailey had left Night Demon to return to school.
At that time, Night Demon welcomed drummer John Crerar from The
Fucking Wrath into the fold. Crerar brought extreme enthusiasm
and energy to the band, despite being from a punk background more
than a metal background. Meanwhile in 2012, Night Demon was very
much a side project as the members focused on their main
bands.  Jarvis was busy with Jeff Hershey and the
Heartbeats, while Dusty and Armand were firing on all cylinders
with New Liberty.  The concept of a VenAustin tour was
launched, with four bands - including Jeff Hershey and the
Heartbeats, New Liberty, Aaron Orbit, and 8Stops7 - playing shows
on the way to and from South by Southwest in Austin, Texas. 
You will hear tour stories and anecdotes from the tour and
associated fundraisers.  By the end of the VenAustin tour,
Jarvis returned to Ventura ready to resume Night Demon activities
once again.
