This week we take an in-depth look at Night Demon's cover of the
Thin Lizzy classic "The Sun Goes Down," which is a featured track
on the newly released Year of the Demon compilation album.
Jarvis, Armand and Dusty explain their love of Thin Lizzy, their
history of covering Thin Lizzy, and how they came to choose "The
Sun Goes Down." You will hear how the song has been part of the
Night Demon live set for years, dating back before the 7" single
release for "Are You Out There." The guys explain how and why
they reimagined "The Sun Goes Down," from changing the key to
drastically altering the tempo to giving it a brand-new ending
featuring clever Easter eggs for the initiated.  They also
talk about performing the song live and their feelings about it
in the live set. You will hear audio of Night Demon tearing
through the song live, and the guys' overall thoughts on how
their version turned out.
