Episode #11 - Dane Fischer - head men's basketball coach at William & Mary

For this episode Matt is joined by Rochester, MN (Rohester John
Marshall HS) native Dane Fischer.  Dane is the head men's
basketball coach at Division 1 - William & Mary in
Williamsburg, Virginia.  Dane left his first job after
college as a financial advisor to pursue his love for basketball
and coaching.  He had multiple stops along the way as a D-I
assistant at Rider, Bucknell and George Mason before landing the
head job at William & Mary.  At Bucknell, Dane recruited
Roseville, MN native Mike Muscala.  Mike grew into a 2-time
conference Player of the Year and was drafted in the 2nd round of
the NBA Draft.  Dane shares his path in coaching and what it
will take to get William & Mary to the NCAA tournament for
the first time in school history, as they are 1 of 4 teams to
have never made the NCAA tourney since it's inception.
