Episode #50 - Tara Seifert (Chaska girls head coach)

The Minnesota boys and girls high school basketball seasons will
be tipping off very soon and this weeks guest has a lot to look
forward to.  Tara Seifert is the head girls basketball coach
at Chaska high school. She led her team to the class 4A state
championship last season capping off an undefeated run finishing
18-0 and securing the school’s first ever girls title.  A
highlight of their state tournament run was ending Hopkins High
School's state record tying 78-game winning streak in the
semi-finals.

Her squad has a good returning core of players highlighted by
University of Minnesota commit - Mallory Heyer and hopes to pull
off a repeat championship.  We also get into Tara's
collegiate playing days at Iowa St.
