Trump prosecutors filed a motion for a protective order to
establish rules for handling classified documents as the case

A January 6th Defendant named Edward Lang filed a petition for a
writ of certiorari with the United States Supreme Court. In his
filing, Lang alleges government prosecutors are misapplying the
law in order to bring overly broad and unconstitutionally
impermissible charges against January 6th defendants.
