EMERGENCY Gag Order APPEAL; Engoron MUZZLES Trump Defense; J6 Counsel SQUIRMS in Colorado Day 5

Trump files an emergency motion with the D.C. Court of Appeals to
stay Judge Chutkan's gag order pending further order of the
Court. Simultaneously, Trump releases a statement explaining the
basis for the appeal and how limitations on his free speech are
election interference that are already impacting 2024.

Judge Engoron GAGS Trump's defense lawyers from commenting on his
law clerk, Allison Greenfield and her courtroom antics. In his
written order, Engoron threatened sanctions while warning the
lawyers on Trump's team against talking about his
GreenField.

J6 Committee Counsel Tim Heaphy squirms in his seat during
cross-examination in Day 5 of the Colorado Removal Trial. Visibly
uncomfortable, Heaphy stood firm in his position that the January
6th Committee was non-biased and totally legitimate in spite of
the public comments made by Committee members themselves.
