Trump's "Conspiracies" Used AGAINST HIM; Mar-a-Lago was UNDERVALUED; FBI's Wray TESTIFIES

Jack Smith plans to use Trump's "conspiracies" and prior
statements from 2016 and earlier against him in the January 6th
Prosecution. Citing Rule 404(b) and the permissible use of
character evidence, Molly Gaston from the DOJ argues the
government should be able to use Trump's comments, including the
"stand back and stand by" Proud Boys remark from the debate with
Joe Biden during the upcoming trial.

Trump's defense presents evidence in New York that Trump
significantly UNDERVALUED the Mar-a-Lago property by millions of
dollars when negotiating terms of the loan. Defense Expert
