Trump BACK in Colorado; Battle for SECRET CIPA Files; Maine Secretary MUST Recuse!

Trump is back on the ballot in Colorado now that the state GOP
filed their appeal and petition with the Supreme Court of the
United States. Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold says she
will follow the Court order and stay the removal of the Former
President from the ballot until the Supreme Court rules
otherwise.

Trump's defense is demanding access to secret CIPA filings being
submitted by Jack Smith's team in the Florida documents case.
Trump's lawyers say the defense team needs to know the substance
of these filings in order to prepare a proper defense prior to
the trial date.

The Maine Secretary of State considering Trump's ballot removal
must be recused from the case, according to Trump's defense team.
In a new letter to SoS Sheena Bellows, Trump attorneys say her
past tweets prove her bias and make her unqualified to render an
opinion in this matter.
