President Trump does NOT have Presidential Immunity. If he did,
says Jack, Trump could use the Power of the Presidency to
eliminate his political opponents.

Trump's team objected to Jack Smith's attempt to force the
defense to disclose whether they intend to use the Advice of
Counsel defense in Florida, arguing Illegitimate Jack is trying
to needlessly accelerate the trial timeline.
