Trump submitted his petition to the U.S. Supreme Court
challenging Colorado's decision to remove him from the 2024
primary ballot. The ballot removal lawyers and the Colorado
Secretary of State Jena Griswold respond.

Trump's defense moved to hold Jack Smith in CONTEMPT for
violating the stay currently in place at the District Court level
in the J6 case. According to the filing, Jack Smith is continuing
to submit notices and issue disclosures even though the case is
on hold while on appeal.

Ray Epps gets an amazing sentencing recommendation of only
6-MONTHS from the Biden DOJ. In a filing that reads like it was
written by a defense lawyer, the DOJ explains why Ray Epps is
definitely NOT a fed and why their sentence is appropriate. Will
@FreeStateWill get the same treatment?
