Alvin Bragg's prosecution limps on after two rough days with
Stormy Daniels, closing out Day 14 of trial with testimony from
Madeline Westerhout and other custodial witnesses.

Judge Merchan denied Trump's subpoena to recover missing evidence
from former New York prosecutor Mark Pomerantz, who is alleged to
have used off-book non-government devices to communicate while
investigating Trump.

Michael Cohen got warned (but not gagged) by Judge Merchan to
stop trashing Trump while the trial is ongoing after Cohen was
discovered doing nightly TikToks selling 'jail Trump'
