Jack Smith SCRAMBLES; Smartmatic CEO INDICTED; Emergency Appeal to SCOTUS

Jack Smith is scrambling in the January 6th prosecution of
President Trump, submitting a new filing in D.C. now asking Judge
Chutkan for more time.

The CEO of a major election tabulation company called Smartmatic
was indicted on felony bribery charges.

Republicans in the battleground state of Arizona submitted an
emergency application to the U.S. Supreme Court to stop illegal
voting from happening in the 2024 elections.
