Fisticuffs #1 Micky Mills

Today I was joined by Micky Mills on the debut episode of the
Fisticuffs Podcast Micky Mills is a Professional Boxer from
Bedford. Micky has been in a variety of different sports and
martial arts from a young age. In this episode we discuss some of
Micky's experiences from training, fighting, dealing with mental
health and some of the areas that are not always in the spotlight
of everyday conversations. Micky is currently training towards his
"Punchathon" which is a fundraising event for the NHS where he will
