Fisticuffs #40 Jack West

On this episode I was joined by my friend, training partner and
Thai Boxer Jack West.





Jack has been training in martial arts for many years now, Jack
has been living with Cerebral Palsy which makes his journey all
the more impressive.





This was one of the most powerful and poignant podcasts I have
done as I could really feel the weight of some of Jack's words.





He is a true martial artist through and through and it was an
