People are hard-wired to listen and obey authority figures. We
are taught at a very young age to respect elders and obey
authority figures. We assume that people in uniforms are in
positions of authority. People whose opinions we value have
authority over us. We need to be more mindful of who we have
authority over and we can also use this phenomenon to help us
grow our business just like the big guys do.


By having testimonials from people who others value and hold in a
position of authority, you can maximize the likelihood that they
will listen and also purchase.
