Today w are discussing the differences and often misunderstood
intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Many people believe that they
are motivated by money, this is a misconception. Money is only a
means to an end. It is a tool for getting what people really want
and motivates them. Money is a placeholder.


Do not fall to the shortcut of offering people money if you are
trying to truly motivate them. Spend the additional few minutes
to find out what they would use the money, they seem to want,
for. In this way, you will be tapping into a much deeper desire
