Here are some tricks of the trade that I have learned about
lawyering - secrets that NO LAWYERS want you to know! Lawyers are
of course self-interested & greedy with their time, so they
would NEVER tell u these secrets I pass on for FREE in my podcast
STICK IT TO THE MAN SHOW W/Trista. Like low-income people have FREE
ACCESS TO THE COURT SYSTEM! All u gots to do is fill out waiver
form! Or, read the ProSe manual on the court’s website and figger
it all out yerself! Print off the forms from there! Call the law
library or judge’s JA! And u have recourse if yer judge is crap.
File a complaint against them if they deprive you of right to a
jury, or their decisions lead to grievous harm against you, as
happened in my case! Keep em honest, complain often, I say! But
also compliment those along the way who are doing a great job! Tell
their supervisor to give them a raise, give them a glowing Rec!
They will remember you kindly and be encouraged to KEEP doing a
good job! Google sh+t; look for success stories. SHOW UP &
FIGHT EVERY CASE! Give em HELL! Stick it to the man!!!!!
