There is no question that we are at the end of time,
prophetically speaking. Right now on the surface, everything
looks like it is trending towards everything nearly at the same
place as "back to normal." But it is not, it is smoke and mirrors
and the farthest thing from it. This nation is seeing historic
droughts, a new round of a more deadly pestilence that is already
breaking out in every state. The strange weather and a looming
financial cataclysm is unstoppable. Skyrocketing food prices and
shortages, and homelessness.  


Yet there are the people of God. And I do not mean that in any
random sense, because there are millions of self identifying
Christians that never have known Jesus Christ. But there are
those that do know Jesus because through the thick and thin of
it, they keep on following after Him with increasing fervency.
And God knew what He was doing all along, though during decades
of their lives they have only known hardship. They are
conditioned in every situation because God was all they had. They
are rock solid and they deeply, and profoundly love Him more than
their own lives.  Moses wrote about in Deuteronomy 32:10-12,
"He found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling
wilderness; he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as
the apple of his eye. As an eagle stirreth up her nest,
fluttereth over her young, spreadeth abroad her wings, taketh
them, beareth them on her wings: So the Lord alone did lead him,
and there was no strange god with him."
