There are times when a feeling of unexplainable weight comes upon
a person out of nowhere. It is a feeling of being oppressed. At
first the source is not realized because it comes in very
faintly.


Little by little it increases to the point that trying to pray or
read your Bible is a shutdown. It is a paralyzing power. It gets
a hold of the person pretty swiftly and takes them down.


Once a person realizes what is happening they should immediately
go to the Lord to rid themselves of it. In Isaiah 58:7 it reads:
"If you do away with the yoke of oppression..." You see this is
something the Holy Spirit is telling us to do.


We have to take action against it as fast as we can or it will
completely overtake the whole life of a believer quickly. Where
they will lose all joy and live in a darkness as a slave. Get
yourself to the Lord and throw off the yokes of misery with
vehemence. Do away with it!


Let the life-current of Christ be what carries you away. "You
will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters
never fail." Isaiah 58:11.
