The love of God only intensifies over a lifetime in the faithful
saints. As it does everything in this life begins to dim. The
nearer to heaven a life gets the more is left behind because
eternity is drawing ever closer day by day.

Over the past few months I have been asking the Lord in deep,
heartfelt yearnings to reveal Himself more to me.

I have been speaking to Him saying, "Lord, I read your word
everyday, and always will, please let me see deeper than paper
and ink."

Just a few days ago I was thinking about that prayer, and a verse
entered into my mind. "Having many things to write unto you, I
would not write with paper and ink: but I trust to come unto you,
and speak face to face..." 2 John 1:12.

When it was spoken to me, I heard the Lord's voice in it very
soundly and clearly. He was speaking to me.

I looked up that verse and found it, and looked to the third book
of John as well and saw the final words, "I had many things to
write, but I will not with ink and pen write unto thee. But I
trust I shall shortly see thee, and we shall speak face to face.
Peace be to thee." 3 John 1:13-14.I

believe these words that were given to me were more than an
answer to prayer. I believe He spoke those words to me to let me
know we shall see Him shortly and speak with Him face to face
very soon.

"I note that some whom I greatly love and esteem, who are, in my
judgment, among the very choicest of God's people, nevertheless,
travel most of the way to heaven by night." ~ Charles Spurgeon
