AdaPia is a passionate and visionary executive with extensive
experience across countries and cultures in both established and
start-up environments. She is a Principal and the VP of Strategy
at Alpha Investing, a boutique real estate private equity firm
where AdaPia oversees the firm’s growth strategy, investor
relations and communications. Previously, AdaPia was Chief
Operating Officer of AlphaFlow, a tech-driven investment company
providing professionally managed portfolios of real estate loans
to institutional investors.


AdaPia began her career in fintech as the Chief Marketing Officer
at Patch of Land, one of the first real estate crowdfunding
platforms, where she helped grow the company from 3 founders to a
VC-backed firm of over 50 people. AdaPia began her career in
financial services when she was 18 years old.  A recognized
and respected woman in real estate and fintech, AdaPia has been a
featured guest, writer, speaker, and presenter on topics
including entrepreneurship, leadership, marketing, capital
raising and women in business.  AdaPia is the author of
Productive Intuition: Connecting to the Subtle.  AdaPia
holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University
of British Columbia and a B.A in International Business Economics
from Hogeschool Zeeland, The Netherlands.
