Lili Thompson: Slam Dunking in Real Estate

Lili Thompson is a real estate investor and Youtube influencer.
She is the owner of LiliInvests, a two-pronged venture focused on
building wealth through real estate while documenting the journey
along the way. She came to the real estate arena via a career in
women’s basketball. From a star at Stanford University, to a
National Champion at Notre Dame, Lili was the 36th ever female
member of the Harlem Globetrotters, and specialized in trick
shots, media appearances, and publicity ventures. Lili made a
career transition into real estate by househacking her first
multi-unit property, then decided to pursue wholesaling to
utilize a completely different real estate investment strategy.
Wholesaling led to buy and hold ventures, where she uses the
BRRRR method to purchase properties that she rehabs, rents,
refinances, and then repeats. In two short years Lili has amassed
an investment portfolio of nearly two-million dollars. She has
generated nearly five-million views on Youtube, and has more than
150,000 subscribers, many of whom have gotten started on their
own paths to financial freedom as students in Lili’s Wholesaling
