#054: Jess Perkins - Compassion & Relationships

Jess Perkins is a comedian, radio presenter and podcaster. She’s
a RAW Comedy National Finalist and has appeared on ABC TV’s
Comedy Up Late and Tonightly. She's a regular presenter on Triple
J and co hosts the hugely popular comedy podcast, Do Go On- they
have performed sold out shows all around Australia, and have had
a successful tour of the UK.

In this podcast we chat about Health and fitness, dating in the
workplace, imposter syndrome, team work and trust, anxiety,
dealing with fans, depression, death, jealously, self care and
empathy.
