#117: Dave Thornton - Life is a Garden

Dave Thornton can pretty much do it all, he’s comedian, writer,
actor, television and radio presenter.


His TV credits include host of AFL quiz show The Beep
Test and 20 to 1, appearances on Spicks and
Specks, Agony Uncles, Hughesy We Have a Problem, Just
For Laughs and regular appearances as a co-host on The
Project. As an actor he has appeared in House Husbands and Upper
Middle Bogan and was part of Melbourne's number one breakfast
show on Fox FM. He is also a regular performer at the Melbourne
International Comedy Festival.



We chat about fame, bombing live, feeling our emotions, the
brain, 10-day silent retreats, negative self-talk, introversion
vs extroversion, the media, taking action and the perception
behind it, people pleasing and looking after yourself both body
& mind.
