#191: Ester Tania - Being Yourself

Ester Tania is an Award winning actor, content creator and model.
She is hailed as the internet’s “self-care sister'', with her 2.2
Million followers on TikTok. Although many of her original videos
are based in beauty tips and tricks, Ester is also renowned by
for her sisterly life advice, health and fitness routines and
wellness recommendations, travel and acting vlogs, anonymous
“story time” renditions, and above all, her encouragement of
finding self-love and confidence.


Ester is also a professionally trained, award-winning actress,
and can next be seen starring in “Mashed,” an independent TV
mini-series which recently made its debut at the Dances With
Films Festival in June 2022.  “Mashed” is a tender, raunchy,
and queer exploration of female pelvic pain and sexual
dysfunction that follows a woman struggling as she tries to
connect with her sexuality. She can also be seen starring in the
horror film, “From the Shadows,” which recently made its debut at
the prestigious Cannes Film Festival.  Additional film and
TV credits for Ester include Netflix’s dramedy series, “Master of
None,” Marvel’s “Luke Cage,” Showtime’s “City on a Hill,” Sony
Pictures’ critically acclaimed romantic-comedy feature “The
Comedian,” opposite Robert De Niro, Leslie Mann, Edie Falco and
Danny DeVito, and Disney+’s upcoming romantic sport-drama, “Chang
