Working across jurisdictions is often seen as a sexy part of
practicing law because you get to travel internationally and meet
clients and counterparties from all over the world. Becoming an
international lawyer and participating in cross-border
transaction requires a particular set of skills that are unique
and different to work in domestic deals.  In this episode,
Gabriel Salinas, General Counsel at Avant Energy will discuss the
day to day life of an international lawyer and the different
issues that arise in international transactions.
