Zakia Lieske is the Event Program Manager for
Inova Heart & Vascular Institute. I met Zakia just last year
when she hired me to speak at Inova's 3rd Patient Experience
Conference. We connected instantly, but as you'll find out, she
seems to do that with almost everyone.
