Today's guest is Dr. Amanda Howerton-Fox, an assistant professor
of language and literacy, TEDx speaker, and thought leader on
deaf culture.


I was lucky enough to be in the audience for Amanda's TEDx talk,
entitled "Language Beyond the Sound Barrier," and found her
