Episode 23 - Dev Stream Reaction (A Reasoned Response to the EGS deal)

Kia ora mechfans, you favourite Kiwi podcasters are back and in
Episode 23, Capn Cat and Cozened Indigo finally break their
silence on PGI's recent announcement that they have taken an
exclusivity deal with Epic Games, and MW5 will only be available
via the Epic Games Store when it launches in Dec-19.


That's right, we're branching away from MWO in this episode and
trying to have a reasoned discussion on this decision by looking
at the facts and considering both a pessimistic and optimistic
view of what we know.


You've probably heard alot of outrage, so we're putting our
mellow Kiwi accents to good use and lowering the temperature a
little so we can tackle question like whether PGI acted in bad
faith, whether the EGS is a good thing or not, whether the deal
is a cash over community move and whether PGI are doing whats
best for the game or not.
