Discover the 2 things you need to master to be a great player Part 1

This is a big one.  It's a two parter because the file was
too big to upload.  Crazy, I know! We're going to take a
deep dive into player development philosophy and discuss what I
believe are the two most crucial skills you need to mater to
become a great player.  You'll also learn the challenges in
doing so within the current youth soccer landscape and why you
can't rely on your organized soccer career to help you.  


This is based on a lot of experience, research, on going
education, etc in which I've learned from those before me.
Standing on the shoulders of giants as they say.   It's
been an evolution for sure.  How I coach now is not the same
as how I coached 10 years ago. It continues to evolve and be
refined over time but I believe 100% that the overall concept is
the best development path in order to help our players become the
best they can be.
