We Need To Talk About Consent

*Trigger Warning* In this episode we discuss topics such as
consent, sexual assault, rape and violence.

We recorded this week’s episode last Monday so we want to
acknowledge that we don’t talk about the specific current events
that have unfolded in Wellington, the timing is a sad coincidence
as opposed to us recording it in response to these events. Our
hearts are breaking for all the victims who have come forward and
for any victims of sexual harassment, assault or rape. We would
also like to acknowledge that in this episode we often generalise
around the gender identities ‘woman’ and ‘man’. We are very aware
that sexual assault impacts people of EVERY gender and addressing
this properly is something we know we need to work on.
