Episode #0066 - Hearing From God (Through Salvation)

People wonder if God is speaking, the answer is YES. Just depends
on if we are listening.


It’s all about a LOVE RELATIONSHIP with God!


Hebrews 1:1-2 ESV


"Long ago, at many times and in many ways, God spoke to our
fathers by the prophets, but in these last days he has spoken to
us by his Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through
whom also he created the world."


What is clear is that relationship HAS to come through Jesus -
who tells us that NO ONE comes to the Father except through Him.


John 10:27-28 ESV


"My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. I
give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one
will snatch them out of my hand."


There are plenty of people, maybe some of YOU - who have taken
your own thoughts and feelings and put God’s name on them.
Without the change of heart that happens at SALVATION, when you
repent of your sinful nature, accept the forgiveness bought for
you on the Cross,


and submit your life to following Jesus and living for God - you
won’t be in a position to even hear God very well.


Book of Romans tells us that whoever CALLS ON THE NAME of Jesus
will be saved. All you have to do is with a heart that knows
you’re sinful and broken and in need of a Savior, JUST ASK.
