Runaway Slave

The story of Onesimus is also our story — the story of Jesus
transforming us from useless to useful, from wandering runaways
to beloved brothers and sisters.
When Onesimus becomes born again Paul regards him no longer as a
slave but a brother.
Paul's letter to Philemon is the only epistle he writes that does
not include the death burial and resurrection, but it is the
application of the Gospel.
We are call to be ministers of Reconciliation.
Cast a vision for a new believer and don’t hold them to their
past.
