Consumer Innovation: Emily Silver ’07, Vice President at PepsiCo with Max Dworin ’20

Emily Silver, a 2007 graduate of the Yale School of Management,
is vice president and general manager of The Hive, PepsiCo’s
new operating entity focused on developing and accelerating
growth of smaller, emerging food and beverage brands. She is
interviewed by Max Dworin ’20, a first-year MBA student at Yale
SOM and former U.S. Senate staffer transitioning to a career on
the innovation side of the consumer packaged goods industry.
