In this bonus episode, Jaymee offers  a mindfulness based
Tibetan Tranquility Meditation from the oldest lineage of Tibetan
Buddhism, the Nyingma. The elements and  structure of this
particular meditation have been passed from the lips of the
teacher to the ear of the student in an unbroken chain for over
1500 years. Jaymee was taught  this practice in 2005 when
his teacher returned from Tibet after having been initiated into
the Nyingma lineage by Lama Kharwang, an esteemed Tibetan
meditation master. The primary focus is to point to and
continually strengthen a relationship with ourselves from the
point of view of our being awareness, that we are not simply our
thoughts, experiences or emotional content. Jaymee credits this
meditation as being the most life changing thing he's ever
learned to do in his life. It's a practice in cultivating present
time awareness in your life. It continues to be an ongoing source
of profound wisdom, inspiration and authenticity for all who work
with it. No mantras, no deep spiritual background necessary, very
easy with practical notions for everyday living. This meditation
is designed to cultivate open mindedness, compassion and
boundless creativity. For the first time, get to know who you
really are, not who you think you are.
