Matsuba san previously had been General Manager Japan Healthcare
IT at GE.  Before that she was Director of Business Planning
at the Columbia Medical Center.  She started her career in
the Japanese Post Office bureaucracy.  She graduated for
Keio University in economics and has an MBA from the Simon
Business School at the University of Rochester.
