5:17-38. 


Fulfilling the Law and the Prophets (Matt 5: 17-20) 


What is the Law? It’s about bearing God’s name in a wise way and
not about statutory or legislative law 


Paul and the Law -Faith and works “of the Law”-  Stop gap
thinking Fulfillment The Law was given to Israel as a covenant
contract. 


 As New Covenant people we are called to the Law of Jesus
which was the heart of the Torah- Love God Love others.
