Becoming a Resident Leader ft. Shelly Brown

Today's episode brings in Shelly Brown who is the Director of
Resident Life at TSU. Lane talks with Shelly about the entire
process for students to become a RL on campus and the training
that they receive to be prepared for anything they may face in
the upcoming semesters. They discuss new residence halls that
have been added/bought and the changes that are being made to
better accommodate students living on campus.
